Paint night at the YWCA!

Colour Rush is a teen/adult fundraiser event hosted by the YWCA Girls’ Centre in Scarborough. The even will be held on Monday, May 22nd from 5-7pm. With only a $5 admission fee for both adults and teenagers, this paint night is the perfect spot for a date night, self-care time or a way for friends to cool off before the week ahead. All proceeds, including the $5 admission fee and donations, will all support Morgentaler Women’s clinic in Toronto in light of the fight over women’s bodily autonomy and abortion rights.

Participants will be provided with necessary materials to paint a masterpiece and are encouraged to be creative! As the paint is put aside to dry near the end of the night, the organizers will explain more about the fundraiser – where the money is going, how it will help, and answering any other unanswered questions participants may have. The participants will also be encouraged, but not obligated to further donate to the cause. 

Absolutely everybody is not only welcome, but encouraged to come to Colour Rush. An evening of creativity and self-expression for a good cause, it is impossible to pass on!
