Marvel achieved its first Emmy-nominated series with WandaVision, welcomed its first Muslim superhero with Ms. Marvel, and witnessed the first billion-dollar film with Spider-Man: No Way Home. While Disney+ made space for more unconventional heroes such as Moon Knight and a new Hawkeye. Though they were able to produce hit after hit, soon they reached their limit as Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania and Secret Invasion ended up as critical failures, so Marvel had to rethink its release strategy.
